Drug Sale License (DSL) No: 08-384-0119-37388p (Issued under Drug Act 1976 / Punjab Drugs Rules by Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department, Government of Punjab).
Supervision: Full-time licensed Category A Qualified Pharmacist (registered with the Punjab Pharmacy Council) on-site for prescription verification, cold-chain monitoring, and patient counseling.
Registered Physical Dispensaries: Branch 1 (THQ Hospital Road) & Branch 2 (Main Market, Chak Wala Darwaza, Bhera).
1. Overview & Licensing
Health and Care Pharmacies operates two licensed community retail pharmacy branches in Bhera, District Sargodha, Punjab, Pakistan under Drug Sale License (DSL) No. 08-384-0119-37388p, under the leadership of founder Rizwan Irshad. All pharmacy sales, inventory tracking, and dispensing operations are subject to the Drug Act 1976 and the rules formulated by the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP).
2. Prescription-Only Medicines (Rx)
Medicines marked with Rx or designated by law as prescription drugs will only be dispensed upon receipt and verification of a legible prescription from a Registered Medical Practitioner (RMP). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a prescription appears forged, altered, or inappropriate for the patient.
3. Controlled & In-Store Only Substances
In strict compliance with national narcotics and psychotropic regulations, Schedule D / controlled substances are never sold or delivered online. These medicines must be collected in person at our pharmacy counter with valid CNIC identification and original physical doctor's documentation.
4. Pricing & Advance Payment
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. Orders for home delivery must be paid in full (or per specified advance terms) via authorized payment channels (Bank Alfalah or JazzCash) before dispatch. We do not provide unrestricted cash on delivery for prescription parcels.
5. Delivery Rules & Minimums
Home delivery requires a minimum order value of Rs 1,000 before delivery charges. Delivery charges are calculated based on road distance from our nearest branch (THQ Hospital or Chak Wala Darwaza). Orders exceeding Rs 5,000 within 10 km qualify for free delivery.
6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: Replaced immediately or refunded in full without hassle.
- Standard Returns: Unopened items with intact seals can be returned within 3 days accompanied by the original receipt.
- Non-Returnable Goods: Temperature-sensitive biologicals (insulin, vaccines), opened baby formula, and personal hygiene devices cannot be returned once handed over, as required by pharmaceutical cold-chain safety regulations.
- Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 business days.
