Summary: We collect only what is strictly necessary to dispense your medicines, calculate delivery, and verify prescriptions. We never sell, rent, or share your medical data with any third-party advertisers.

When you place an order, consult Elva AI, or upload a prescription, we collect:

  • Contact Details: Name, mobile phone number, delivery address, and geographic area in Bhera.
  • Medical Records & Prescriptions: Photos or PDF scans of doctor's prescription slips uploaded by you.
  • Transaction Details: Order items, quantities, transaction references, and payment screenshots (JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer).
  • Communication Records: WhatsApp and website chat interactions with Elva or our pharmacy staff to ensure proper follow-up on your medicines.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively for:

  • Verifying prescription validity and checking for drug interactions by our licensed pharmacist.
  • Dispensing accurate dosage and packing genuine medicines from our Bhera branches.
  • Dispatching and delivering your package to your doorstep with accurate distance calculation.
  • Providing monthly repeat reminders (such as insulin, blood pressure, or thyroid refills) if requested by you.

3. Prescription Security & Retention

Prescription images are stored on secure, encrypted Cloudflare infrastructure. Only licensed pharmacy staff have access to view prescriptions during preparation. Under the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) regulations, certain prescription records must be retained for legal compliance and audit trails.

4. Elva AI & Chat Privacy

Elva uses automated language models to assist you with stock checks, delivery fees, and general OTC information. Elva never saves passwords or bank account pins. Family members and personal contacts can be blocked from automated chat at any time upon request.

5. Your Rights & Data Erasure

6. 100% Discreet Packaging & Patient Confidentiality

We respect that personal wellness, reproductive health, and family planning orders are deeply private matters. All orders containing sexual wellness products, diagnostic test kits, or intimate hygiene supplies are shipped in plain, unmarked, opaque packaging with tamper-evident sealing. There are no product descriptions, logos, or category names on the parcel exterior. Delivery riders only see the delivery destination address and customer name.
